At sculp’d+, the only Pilates and Emsculpt NEO studio in Northern Virginia, we understand the importance of convenience and flexibility in maintaining your fitness schedule. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to book and manage your Pilates classes through the MindBody app.

Whether you prefer to plan ahead or make spontaneous decisions, our system accommodates your lifestyle. Here’s how you can make the most out of it:

The Proactive Planner

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO PLANNING YOUR CLASSES:

For those who love to have everything organized and set in advance, preplanning your Pilates schedule is the way to go. By booking your classes as soon as the schedule is released each month, you ensure that you get the slots that best fit your routine. Here’s how you can do it:

Open the MindBody App

  • Log in to your MindBody account.

View the Schedule

  • Navigate to our studio’s schedule:
    • If you have saved our studio as a favorite, you’ll find it on your homescreen.
    • Otherwise, use the search feature to look up “sculp’d”.
    • Choose the date you’re interested in using the scrolling calendar.

Select Your Classes

  • Browse the schedule by swiping left and right to find your preferred dates.
    • Membership Advantage: Starting on the 20th of the current month, sculp’d members can sign up for classes in the following month 
  • Each date will display a list of available classes:
    • If there’s availability, you’ll see a “book” button.
    • If the class is full, you’ll see a “waitlist” button.
  • Join the waitlist if the class is full:
    • We limit the number of people on the waitlist, so add yourself if there’s availability.
    • Anyone on the waitlist can be added to the class up until 30 minutes before the class starts.

Book in Advance

  • Add yourself to the class or the waitlist:
    • If you have a current membership, it will automatically be used.
    • If you don’t have a current membership or class pack, you’ll be prompted to purchase one before completing your booking.

Monitor Your Schedule

  • Stay informed:
    • If you don’t get into the class immediately, keep an eye on your emails, texts, and the app for updates.
    • If you get off the waitlist but can’t make the class, go into the app and cancel.
    • As long as you cancel more than 8 hours before the class, there will be no extra fees.

Manage Cancellations

  • Remember our cancellation policy:
    • Cancel at least 8 hours before the class starts to avoid penalties.
    • If you are unsure you can make it to the class if you get off the waitlist, consider removing yourself from the waitlist to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.

Preplanning helps you stay committed to your fitness goals and allows you to plan your other activities around your Pilates sessions. By securing your spot early, you can rest assured that your preferred classes are part of your routine.

The Spontaneous Scheduler

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes committing to a fixed schedule in advance isn’t feasible. For those with a more flexible or fluctuating schedule, last-minute bookings are a perfect alternative. You can still enjoy your Pilates classes without the stress of long-term planning.

 A Guide to Last-Minute Bookings:

Check Availability

  • Log in to your MindBody account at any time before the class.
  • Check for available spots in upcoming classes.
    • You can do this any time, day or night, even just an hour before the class!

Drop-In Anytime

  • Book a class right before it starts if your schedule suddenly frees up.
    • Simply show up, text us, or give us a call to confirm if there’s an open spot.

Stay Spontaneous

  • Adapt your fitness routine to your day-to-day commitments without feeling pressured.
  • This approach allows for a flexible and spontaneous fitness schedule.

By using the last-minute booking method, you maintain the flexibility to fit Pilates into your busy lifestyle. It’s also a great way to add a spontaneous workout session to your day, keeping your routine exciting and dynamic.
